The Buckeye Packer Backers, a non-profit group, was formed after realizing there wasn't an organized fan group that we could find in the Buckeye state.
His Honor Brian Rigg, Mayor of Packerville, and several others thought it would be great to organize the fun, as well as do something for the community. Kenny Abraham, the owner of our home, the On Tap Pub, embraced the idea, and we were off and running.

The Buckeye Packer Backers are dedicated to several great things in life. First is to see to it that the most storied franchise in the National Football League, The Green Bay Packers, have the largest, friendliest contingent of great Ohioans rooting for them!

Second, we want to allow our group passion to benefit the community. We select a charitable cause to support every year.

With Packer games, bus trips to Lambeau and elsewhere during the season as well as golf outings, pot lucks, and other events to keep us occupied in the off season, your membership will always keep you cheering the Green and Gold year 'round!
